Youve got one of the hardest jobs in the world - managing an entire airport! Assigning incoming planes to a gate is only the start. Then its up to you to control every aspect of operations, from the boarding steps and baggage carts to the maintenance crews and fuel tankers.

Handle the constant flow of aircraft efficiently, take control of all in-game vehicles, and every timely departure will earn your airport money.

The better you run your airport, the more cash youll have to invest in new vehicles and staff to expand and automate your operation. With as many as eight incoming aircraft to deal with at any one time, only the best tactical planners will succeed! 

Realistic announcements, detailed aircraft, the rumble of jet engines and ever-changing weather all add to the fascinating atmosphere of your busy international airport.

Accepting this position in the tower means that you are responsible for coordinating the arrival and take off of the dozens of aircraft at your airport. You’ll be aided with tools such as your radar to assist these massive machines safely to the runway or the terminal. Receive points for successes in decreasing waiting times and the safe handling of aircraft. As you enjoy the view from your tower, you’ll see many different types of aircraft in animated detail and can use your telescope to get a closer view of the action. In addition you’ll also be able to switch views to inside the cockpits of aircraft.

As you progress beware of the increasing difficulty you’ll have a much larger volume of planes arriving and departing at your airport. You will need to make sure that planes are not only are attended to when low on fuel, but will also need to make sure that there are no disastrous mid-air collisions. But don’t worry, if you fail a mission, you’ll be able to start it up again with the games save system. Airport tower Simulator offers attractive 3D graphics and a realistic day-night cycle but also in addition to the prepared scenarios you will be able to access the airfield editor which allows you to share your own missions and airports with other players and even download someone else’s. Good luck in the tower!

The Bell UH-1 is without a doubt one of the best known helicopters to most people. It was imprinted in our culture by the moving images from the Vietnam War were it changed the face of warfare. And it never left as thousands are still flying in every corner of the world. Fifty years after it first flew it is still in production and thats something no other helicopter can claim. The scenery features the international Airport of Mykonos, which offers a spectacular approach over steeply rising terrain, bays and white beaches. Mykonos’ architecture is landmarked and unique with its look of white  facades, blue windows and doors. There are also countless chapels scattered  across the island, some are even located around the airport and one in  particular is located inside the airport perimeter.

According to a legend, the isle of Mykonos arose as Hercules encountered and defeated twelve giants which he then threw into the sea where they turned into stone. Courchevel, is for the mountain flying amateure and is the ultimate experience with its sloped runway moving between 13 and 18.5%, the feelings are guaranteed. Courchevel is of course the winter sports resort, within the field of the "Trois Vallées".Terrain elevation in high resolution LOD11 and textures completely reworked from aerial photography complete with villages, meadows, cliffs, rivers, all the details are present, adapted to the simulator display engine.
3d objects : 
Such a precision in the modeling of the ground made it possible to set up tens of elements, in particular the ski lifts of the station, of which largest (telpher carriers and cable cars), and for the first time, are animated !

The sloped runway:
Modeling the high altitude airport of Courchevel brings us to the extreme limit of what is possible under Flight Simulator.
Indeed, despite all the artifices, the 18,5% slope does not allow to land a plane, it simply passes through the runway approximately seven times out of ten. We were thus constrained to cheat on the runway profile, by lengthening voluntarily the first tilted part with 13%.
Thus the plane, in all logic, touches the ground before reaching the second part which does not pose any problem with taxying
